We start with what is actually happening in your NPD/NPI, engineering or manufacturing environment — how people work, where information gets delayed or lost, where processes break down, where workarounds have appeared and what impact this is having on the business.
From there, we separate the symptoms from the underlying problem.
The answer may involve technology. It may involve process, data, ownership, governance or the way engineering and manufacturing work together.
The important thing is to know which one you are dealing with before committing to a solution.
What you take away
After the session, you receive a concise Problem Assessment Note capturing the key observations, possible contributing factors, business impact areas and what should be investigated next.
It is not a software recommendation or a detailed consulting report.
It is a practical starting point for your next decision.
